Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab - $2,272 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026, located in Conshohocken, PA. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Pennsylvania
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• At least one year of clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
