Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab - $2,079 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in South Dakota.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
