Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab - $2,072 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 31, 2026, in Portland, Oregon. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week, subject to confirmation. There is also a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
