Role & Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in Winchester, VA, focusing on rehabilitation and therapy services.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and complete required onboarding certifications.
• Support patient recovery through tailored treatment plans and assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid licenses and certifications including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, and Specialty Exam.
• Ability to meet OSHA safety standards and pass skills checklist.
• Strong patient care skills and attention to safety and detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
