Role & Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to enhance mobility, strength, and independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention
- Monitor progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Implement interventions across various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care
Qualifications & Skills
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Valid TN Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Key Details
- Weekly pay between $1,920 and $1,979
- Work in a Rehabilitation Center setting
- On-site work with a 5-day, 8-hour shift
- Focus on patient rehabilitation and functional improvement
