Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinical setting
- Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans for patients
- Ensure patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Comply with licensing, certification, and safety standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed PT
- Valid active license(s) in practicing state(s)
- CPR certification may be required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
