Role & Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, compassionate physical therapy care to patients. Ensure patient recovery and well-being through tailored treatment plans. Work in a outpatient cardiac rehabilitation facility. Deliver care across 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Associate degree or required certifications
- Current state license and valid state ID or driver’s license
Key Duties
- Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide patient education and support recovery goals
