Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients' physical conditions using tests and examinations
• Developing personalized rehabilitation programs
• Implementing treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operating therapy equipment safely and effectively
• Assessing progress, adjusting plans, and documenting outcomes
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management
• Maintaining a safe environment and adhering to safety protocols
• Participating in quality assurance and professional development
• Assisting in discharge planning and performing additional duties within scope

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in English and computer skills
• Physical ability to move, lift, and operate equipment
• Effective interpersonal skills and professionalism
• Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail
