Qualifications & Skills
- Valid PT license
- BLS certification
- Completion of Core Mandatory Part I, II (Allied), III exams
- PT/PTA Skills Checklist
- Physical Therapy Exam
- Strong communication, clinical skills, and ability to work independently required
