Qualifications & Skills

• Valid licensure
• Proficiency in therapy techniques
• Completion of required onboarding documentation including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Color Vision, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam
