Role & Responsibilities

• Provide patient rehabilitation services in a clinical setting
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and function
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid license and certification as a Physical Therapist
• Meeting onboarding requirements including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Color Vision, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
