- Must have valid licensure
- CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3
- Pass specialty exams
- Additional requirements include color vision, OSHA safety training, Skills Checklist, and a Specialty Exam
Key Duties
- Deliver therapy services in accordance with healthcare standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
