Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role Overview

We seek a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, and document outcomes. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and patient education are key responsibilities. The role involves maintaining a safe, organized environment and adapting to diverse clinical settings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program
• Active PT license or eligibility for licensure in multiple states (licensing assistance provided)
• Preferred minimum of 1 year clinical experience; new grads encouraged
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and willingness to travel
