Role & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor progress to improve patients' mobility and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care and document treatment activities accurately.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Physical Therapist license (Oklahoma or compact eligible)
- Minimum of two years recent LTC/Skilled Nursing experience
- Active BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills
- Teamwork and communication abilities are essential
Key Duties
- Deliver day-shift therapy services
