Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions through tests, examinations, and medical history.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Utilize various techniques and equipment to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-care.
• Maintain a safe environment adhering to protocols and standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.
• Assist in discharge planning and ensure smooth patient transitions.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving movement, lifting, and equipment operation.
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to handle irregular schedules and work under pressure.
• Good visual acuity and sensory communication skills.
