About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions through tests, examinations, and medical history.
- Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs.
- Utilize various techniques and equipment to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-care.
- Maintain a safe environment adhering to protocols and standards.
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.
- Assist in discharge planning and ensure smooth patient transitions.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license compliant with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving movement, lifting, and equipment operation.
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to handle irregular schedules and work under pressure.
- Good visual acuity and sensory communication skills.
