Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy, including start of care, recertifications, evaluations, and visits.
• Manage patients with diagnoses such as CHF, orthopedic issues, and pneumonia.
• Cover various patient areas as needed and support during business hours with a clinical manager or educator.
• Chart patient progress using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Participate in holiday rotations and adhere to cancellation policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience, valid license to practice, and BLS certification required.
• Preference for experienced candidates; no new grads.
• Ability to work five 8-hour days, including rotating weekend shifts.
• Skills checklist, specialty exam, and BLS certification needed for onboarding.

Additional Requirements

• Scrubs or business casual attire acceptable.
• Complete two weeks of orientation with a work coach.
