Role And Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. You will develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, utilize various techniques and equipment, and monitor patient progress. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, you'll educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention, ensure safety standards, and participate in discharge planning to support patient recovery. You will also engage in quality assurance and professional development activities.

Qualifications And Skills

• Hold a valid Physical Therapy license
• Current BLS certification
• Doctorate in physical therapy (preferred)
• Relevant experience (preferred; new graduates welcome)
• Critical thinking skills
• Effective communication skills
• Technical proficiency
• Physical ability to assist with equipment and patient mobility
• Capacity to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal, motor, sensory, and mental skills
