Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered evaluation and treatment
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients weekly
• Document care using the Raintree EMR system
• Collaborate with a supportive leadership team

Qualifications

• Active PT license in Massachusetts or eligibility
• At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience overall
• Prior experience with Raintree EMR and high-volume caseload management preferred
• Complete required HealthStream modules
• Flexibility to work occasional evening hours
