Role & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to enhance mobility, strength, and independence
• Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to achieve rehabilitation goals
• Educate on exercise programs and safety measures
• Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
• Implement interventions tailored to the home environment and coordinate care with healthcare teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• ND PT license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Clean driving record
