Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote independence.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement therapy techniques, operate specialized equipment, and ensure safety standards.
• Track patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management.
• Maintain a safe environment and engage in professional development.
• Participate in discharge planning and quality assurance activities.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
