Role & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate physical therapy care to patients, promoting their recovery and well-being.
• Work collaboratively within a healthcare team to deliver effective treatment plans and ensure patient progress.
• Adhere to facility protocols and maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Associate degree or relevant certifications
• Current state license
• Valid state-issued ID or driver’s license
• Key Duties:
• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy services
• Follow treatment plans and modify as needed for patient improvement
• Maintain accurate records and comply with healthcare regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff
