Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

About the role

Provide patient-centered rehabilitation care in a center setting by assessing physical abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve mobility, strength, and independence. Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and adjust treatments accordingly. Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care to ensure continuous rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• CA Physical Therapist license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

Key Duties

• Assess patients and create treatment plans
• Deliver therapy to enhance mobility and strength

• Educate on exercises and injury prevention
• Document progress and modify treatments as needed

Additional Details

The position offers a competitive weekly pay, on-site work, and involves day shifts up to 40 hours weekly in a rehabilitation center setting.
