Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility
• Assess patient needs
• Develop treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Experience in a long-term care or SNF setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
