Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

Provide patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• One or more years of experience as a PT.
• Active license to practice as a PT in the state.
• Possibly required to hold current CPR certification.

Key Duties

• Work in a day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
• Contribute to patient recovery and rehabilitation efforts.
• Maintain professional standards and documentation.
