Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in a healthcare facility. Role And Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and reduce pain.Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans using exercise and manual therapy.Operate and maintain physical therapy equipment safely.Assess patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes accurately.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management.Maintain a safe environment following infection control and safety standards.Participate in quality assurance and professional development activities.Assist with discharge planning for smooth patient transitions. Qualifications And Skills Valid physical therapy license and current BLS certification.Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC use.Physical ability to move, push, pull, and handle equipment.Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage stress.Visual acuity and effective communication skills.
