Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

Provide patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.

Administer therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Successful completion of Core Exam - HSH and Specialty Exam
• Proficiency in PT/PTA skills and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Duties

• C Conduct assessments
• Implement therapy sessions
• Monitor patient progress
• Update care plans accordingly
• Adhere to all onboarding requirements including education verification, NPI registry, and skills checklists
