Role & Responsibilities

Provide patient rehabilitation and therapy services, assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and ensure quality care.

Collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain documentation of patient progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proficiency in clinical assessment
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Able to meet onboarding requirements such as CORES certifications, color vision, OSHA safety standards, skills checklist, and specialty exams

Key Duties

• Deliver therapy services during 8-hour shifts
• Work five days a week
