Role & Responsibilities

• Provide patient rehabilitation and therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
• Complete required documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid credentials in physical therapy.
• Ability to meet onboarding requirements: CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Color Vision, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, Specialty Exam.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to different schedules and settings.
