A skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment, responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
• Implement treatment techniques and operate specialized equipment safely
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management
• Maintain a safe environment, adhere to protocols, and participate in quality initiatives
• Support discharge planning and ongoing patient recovery

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license and BLS certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams
• Proficiency in written and verbal English, PC skills, and adherence to safety standards
