Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services, including evaluating and treating clients
• Develop care plans, document progress in WebPT EMR, and collaborate with bilingual aides
• Conduct 45-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid California PT license
• Experience with WebPT EMR
• Ability to evaluate, develop treatment plans, and document client progress
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
