Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment provided.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid and active state licensure as a PT.
• Active CPR certification may be required.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
