Role & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in a healthcare setting
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills

• One or more years of experience as a licensed PT
• Current active license(s) in the practicing state(s)
• Active CPR certification may be required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
