Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role and Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and utilize therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Monitor, document, and adjust treatments based on patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes and home exercises.
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards and professional ethics.

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed in Oregon, a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, or actively pursuing licensure.
• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to promote overall wellbeing.
