Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Administer therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and function
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or PTAC
• Certified in Current BLS/CPR
• Completed required core mandatory training (Parts 1, 3, and Allied)
• Experience with Physical Therapy Exams
