- Associate degree or required certifications
- Current state license
- Valid State Issued Driver's License or State ID
Duties
- Work on a schedule of 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift
- Operate within healthcare facility settings, such as Kaiser Permanente
- Contribute to patient recovery through personalized therapy plans
- Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements
