About the role

Provide patient care as a licensed Physical Therapist, evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Completion of required certifications including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, and Specialty Exam
• Ability to meet OSHA safety and color vision requirements
• Proficiency in skills checklist and patient assessment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
