Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy care to a patient load of 12-14 daily
- Manage approximately 60 visits per week, with opportunities for double-booking follow-ups
- Deliver quality care in a team-focused environment, handling a caseload within an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure patient progress and satisfaction
- Handle a standard workweek of 36 guaranteed hours, with up to 40 expected
- Maintain productivity expectations while providing excellent patient care
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year outpatient experience, preferably in ortho and sports therapy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to adapt to a team-oriented setting
