Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Develops and executes individualized treatment plans for patients requiring rehabilitation services.
• Provides skilled physical therapy interventions based on physician orders.
• Affirms patient needs, monitors progress, and adjusts care plans accordingly.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Documents patient conditions, educates patients and families on therapy methods, and sets realistic goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE pass.
• Graduated from an accredited institution.
• At least one year of experience.
• Current state license or in the application process.
• CPR certification.

Key Duties

• Assess referred patients to determine rehabilitation needs.
• Plan, administer, and modify therapy treatments.
• Record patient progress and educate patients and families.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members.
