Role & Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Ensure quality patient care within a Monday to Friday schedule, guaranteeing 40 hours weekly.
- Manage caseload effectively, utilizing your recent (minimum 1 year) experience to deliver skilled therapy.
- Handle patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must have at least 1 year of recent experience.
- Strong communication, assessment, and patient management skills are essential.
