Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- IL license
- A valid reference
- Prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities or Geriatrics is preferred
Skills

- Knowledge of Rehab Optima and BLS (a plus)
