Role & Responsibilities

Supporting a friendly, professional environment in a skilled nursing facility by providing physical therapy services. The role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility and function.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Valid PT license (compact accepted)
• BLS certification
• Preferred: travel experience, IA license, SNF/ALF experience, and Covid vaccination/booster
• Candidates should support a positive attitude and professional approach
