Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and home health physical therapy services.
• Ensure patient care quality, develop treatment plans, and promote recovery.
• Guarantee at least 36 hours per week with a mix of day shifts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid PT license
• Compliance with onboarding requirements including federal W-4
• Knowledge of physical therapy practices
• Strong communication, patient-focused approach, and adaptability are essential
