Role & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients
- Assess and develop treatment plans to improve mobility and function
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Required to have a valid PT/PTA license and complete a Physical Therapy Exam
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Key Duties
- Deliver therapy sessions
- Evaluate patient needs
- Document treatment progress
- Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols
- Adapt treatment plans based on patient progress
- Coincide with other healthcare providers
Additional Requirements
- Completion of Core Mandatory Part II (Allied)
- PT/PTA licensing
- Physical Therapy Exam for onboarding
