Role & Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in Elkton, VA.
• Work full-time in a clinical setting, delivering patient care, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and comply with licensing and organizational standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active VA outpatient license.
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience.
• Assess patient conditions and develop treatment programs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
