Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in various healthcare settings. Responsibilities: Develop personalized treatment plans, utilize various therapy techniques and equipment, assess patient progress, document outcomes, collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and infection control, participate in quality assurance, and assist with discharge planning. Qualifications & Skills: Valid state license, current BLS certification, critical thinking, excellent communication, physical ability to perform therapy tasks, and proficiency in documentation and equipment use. New grads are welcome. Key Duties: Conduct assessments, implement and adjust treatment plans, operate therapy equipment, document care, collaborate with providers, educate patients, and maintain a safe environment. Must demonstrate interpersonal, technical, mental, and sensory skills to deliver high-quality patient care.
