Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, aiming to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise, manual therapy, and specialized equipment.Assess patient progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes accurately.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal recovery.Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, and self-management techniques.Maintain a safe, compliant environment by following infection control and safety protocols.Engage in professional development and quality assurance activities.Participate in discharge planning to support continued patient recovery. Qualifications Include Valid Physical Therapy license according to state regulations.Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC). Preferred Qualifications Doctorate degree in physical therapy.Experience in clinical settings; new grads are welcome.Additional certifications or licenses may be required.
