Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to a geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Work Monday through Friday, maintaining at least 85% productivity
• Handle patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• SNF experience required
• Strong communication and patient care skills
