Role & Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients, assessing and developing treatment plans to improve mobility and function. Ensure compliance with safety standards and complete necessary documentation. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have relevant licensure, including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, and a Specialty Exam.
• Additional requirements include color vision, OSHA safety training, and completion of skills checklists.
