Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Conduct home health therapy visits for adult patients
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity goals
• Travel as needed within designated radius, with mileage reimbursement
• Participate in meetings and adhere to agency protocols

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of recent adult home health experience
• Valid license and current CPR, BLS certifications
• Reliable transportation and liability insurance
• Proficiency in EMR systems
