Responsibilities
- Assessing and treating patients
- Documenting in electronic medical records
- Managing caseloads
- Delivering skilled therapy
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Active CT license
- At least 1 year of SNF experience
- BLS certification
- Able to work 8-hour days
- Experience with electronic records and long-term care preferred
Key Duties
- Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Provide therapy services
- Contribute to patient recovery in a supportive environment
